Refund policy
we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our policy:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Hygiene products (innerwear/nightwear) are eligible for return only if received damaged or defective
- To initiate a return, email us at comfortnightware@gmail.com with your order number and photos
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer. Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
